Oliver is true FIP Warrior!
Oliver came to us from a voluntary shelter this summer. We decided to get a friend to our other tomcat - Monty. Our place just lighten up immediately :)
They've been playing together so nicely, until Oliver stoped to react on Monty's proposals for a play. A little bit later, he became very apathetic, even to a food. After two days of very humble eating, we started noticing his belly is growing bigger and took him to see a vet.
The diagnose was effusive (wet) FIP.
At that time, we didn't know about FIP anything at all. We just knew, it's fatal and there is no cure.
Within a few hours with a vet's help we found out, there is a cure and there are a few enthusiastic owners, who are fighting with this horrible illness. After we contacted them, we decided to find a quickest way to get a cure. One of them had a 2ml of Mutian and another 2ml of Shire.
Tomorrow (23.12.2019) we are expecting an express delivery of another 6x5ml from UK and Estonia and then 12x5ml from USA.
Without the help of others, we couldn't afford to pay such and expensive treatment. We hope, our Oliver will fight back and our success story is going to be one of many others to prove WHERE THERE IS A HOPE, THERE IS A LIFE!
PS. Monty also decided to help out, and every night he stays at home and save every little penny! :)
