The purpose of this investment is to provide capital resources for an expansion of the services we already provide. We have recently secured several new contracts with companies in the Permian and Eagle Ford regions, but In order for our company to achieve a safe and sustainable expansion we will need additional funding in the rapid growth of our company.

Financial Investment Plan

Financial History and Projections

Projected Revenue by Month

Our gross revenue for the past 6 months is $417,000. Our net profit after expenses is $218,000 . Which makes the projected monthly net profit an estimated $36,300. We feel that these numbers will be greatly increased with the investment goals we are pursuing, which are to increase operating revenues from a Permian expansion and to increase stability by investing in the existing South Texas operations we have. The new contracts we are currently finalizing would potentially bring our monthly revenue to a range between $76,000 - $114,000.

Projected Expenses by Month

The current approximate expenses for the current year are $208,281.10. The Monthly approximation of expense would be $33,880. That estimate includes Personal Protective Equipment, contractor labor, fuel for the current job at hand, along with any other expenses that may arise during the job. Our operational goals will always be to minimize unnecessary costs, focus on safety and efficiency, and capitalize on any competitive advantages we can identify.

We are confident that we can exceed these projections; based on the new contracts we are currently solidifying, our recent acquisition of We used our actual revenues from the past six months to create these revenue and expense projections.

Financing

Use of Funding

The funds invested will be distributed with the primary goal of establishing operations in the Permian Basin and expanding current South Texas operations. We may seek additional future investments for the purposes of expansion or to further stabilize the company. However, the investment we are considering at this time will be used in the following purposes:

  • Drifts will be purchased. That will insure we have the correct drifts for all the different sizes of pipes for different rig manufacturers.
  • Insurance for the following year will be purchased for the year. Coverages will include umbrella $10,000,000
  • Buying all the required PPE for the employees. That will cover Hard Hats, H2s Sensors, FR coveralls, headlights, safety glasses and face masks.
  • Part of the investment will go into the purchase of a laser talleys, to quicken the workload and provide more accurate measurements for our clients.
  • Invest in trailers that haul 4 gun pressure washer units. This will also facilitate the tank clean outs and rig washes that we do.
  • Purchase of 4 Diesel trucks that are 4x4, more dependable and durable for the West and South Texas terrain.
  • Used for all required safety certifications needed to work on south texas rigs.
  • All remaining finances will be kept in the bank to cover any unexpected expenses that may arise in the expansion of the company.

Loan Terms and Ownership

We have determined that a one-percent share for ownership of our company is valued at $10,000.00; based on our financial history, projected revenue, and the value of previous investments made into the company. You would be entitled to your percentage of net operating income on a quarterly basis.

Our company has developed trusted partnerships with some of the most trusted names in the energy industry, such as Patterson UTI, Magnolia Oil and Gas, C&J Energy, Stone Trucking,Bexar Solutions LLC, Flowfect, Inc., T-Rex Oil, Inc.

After six months of operation in the oilfield, we have been able to remain competitive by providing high-quality service and efficiency at a competitive price. Ensuring every employee is committed to safety and our clients needs has allowed us the ability to create lasting partnerships with our clients in the South Texas Region. Starting as a small venture for passive income, Lion Elite Oilfield has developed into a fully sustained oilfield operation with the ability to expand if the right opportunity is presented.

At this time, we are being presented with new contract opportunities, from several potential clients, which would increase our active Master Service Agreements from none to three. The acquisition of these new partnerships will result in substantial and realistic growth potential. However, with this increased demand for our services, there is an immediate need for additional capital due to the projected growth in operating costs, certification and training costs of new employees and the high likelihood of NET 30 billing for each company we work with.

We are currently a third-party provider of services, using an existing Master Service Agreement (MSA) with an approved vendor. MSAs are the work contracts needed to perform services for an oilfield rig or facility. Without an MSA, the only way a company can obtain clearance to perform oilfield services is with permission from an existing MSA holder. Once Lion Elite Oilfield, has negotiated an MSA with an oil production company, we will have an established agreement to perform as an exclusive contractor of services for this company. This ensures our company has established consistent sources of income and has a solidified agreement with multiple oil production companies.

We have already completed negotiations and have recently obtained three MSAs with oil and gas operators in the Eagle Ford Shale. However, we are seeking this investment to ensure we have the capital needed to maintain a steady and sustained growth.

Lion Elite Oilfield is an innovative oilfield services company with a deep commitment to providing outstanding quality, safety and efficiency for each client we serve. Whether your needs are big or small, we are equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to ensure your company meets its goals.
