NYC 5D Guide Video Project

New York City is a city of over 8 million realities. The works of art in public spaces all over the different neighborhoods help reflect that diversity. I am actively involved in making videos about public art in an effort to share with the world this wonderful creative collective. To be able and convey what I have learned, I had to choose an out-of-the-box name for this project. It’s called 5D GUIDE NYC, a five dimensional guide to New York City.

As a student of the history of art, my vision is to keep expanding and turn this project into a PhD study that examines in part how the cultural diversity of this city is reflected in the visual vocabulary all over the different neighborhoods.
