Campaign Story
This April, I will be flying over to Tanzania for 4 weeks to complete my elective placement in a hospital in Arusha. I will be working in one of the biggest emergency departments in the area, they see over 300 patients a day from all over Northern Tanzania. The department is severly lacking in equipment and the money raised will be put towards extremely important diagnostic equiment, healthcare equpment and equipment to prevent infections. I am going to buy as much equipment as I can when I am out there for this department, this has made me even for determined to raise as much as I can so please please tell your friends/ family/ pets/anyone who will listen to donate!! :D
I am hosting a Pub Quiz Fundraiser in February for this cause but I am aware not everyone will be able to make it/ may prefer to donate online. I really appreciate any donation, however big or small for this wonderful cause.
