New place and money for startup business

I am a student in Atlanta, about to graduate in January from Devry University with a major in CIS (web design and administration). My parents had issues with each other and that resulted in my being kicked out of the house. Now I need a small place to stay and money to buy a car i can use as a cab so i can pay for myself for the remaining semester that is left for me to complete. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
