New Housing

Wn I'm currently living in Zagreb, Croatia and love DIY projects.

I learned to do laminate floors, dry walls, plumming and a little bit of electricity too.

I have a vision of fixing old houses and offering them with low rent fees for people because the housing problem here is huge. Rent is basicly the same as a morgage, but not all peole can get morgages.

The math:

There is a house near me thats selling for 45 000 € and its 58 m2.

It has 2 rooms, bath, big kitchen with dinning and a hallway.

It needs a renovation. So I plan to do all the work of the fixing with maybe some help from a friend.

Renovating funds 15 000 € because I renovated my own for that amount.

Total = 60 000 €

Renting would be for 2 students (because it has 2 big rooms) so 2 x 250 €, so it would be affordable for both of them.

The rent would be then used for buying another place for fixing and doing the same thing.

We will be providing affordable housing to people and have a impact on the prices of housing so everyone will benefit
