New home for Emma and Fanni

Hello everyone,

My name is Edina and I am a mother of 3 from the city of Pécs, Hungary. I have started this fundraiser because we are in need of urgent help. Me and my family are currently living in a rental apartment, where the living conditions are not great, as we have lots of mold and it causes health issues mainly to my 2 daughters. Let me tell you a bit more about my girls.

My older daugther Fanni is 13 years old and suffering from a rare disease called Marfan syndrome, she was diagnosed 8 month ago. Here I call wikipedia for a little help so you can also understand the nature of this disease. "It is a genetic disorder that affects the connective tissue.Those with the condition tend to be tall and thin, with long arms, legs, fingers, and toes.[2] They also typically have overly-flexible joints and scoliosis.[2] The most serious complications involve the heart and aorta, with an increased risk of mitral valve prolapse and aortic aneurysm." Unfortunately Fanni's condition may lead to a possible heart surgery in the near future and for her recovery from the operation our current apartment doesn't provide a safe and healthy environment.

My younger one Emma is 8 years old today. She was born on the 40th week, but after her birth it was discovered that she was born with microcephaly, therefore her brain has not developed properly and she lives her life on a 2 month old baby's level. She needs 24/7 caregiving and because of her condition she has several seizures, usually 50 smaller ones and 2-3 big ones per day. Beside Emma's seizures she easily gets spontaneous high fevers, and her doctor said it is most probably because of the mold that's in our flat.

Emma's medical expenses are quite high therefore we don't have any savings. I am the one who is working full time while my partner is taking care of Emma. We need your help so we can buy a new and safe home for our family. We don't need hundreds of millions for expensive treatments, we simply need a little help to buy us a new place so we could keep on raising our kids peacefully. Unfortunately there is not much that could be done to change the girls medical conditions but as caring and loving parents we can provide a normal life for them so they could live their lives the fullest and healthiest.

So dear people out there, I am asking you to help my family so we could know our children in a safe place to live. I know we are living in crazy times, and giving donations are not in the first place of our priorities, but if you could help with a donation as small as 5 Euros ( or more:)) it means a lot to me, and helps us to get closer to achieve our goal.

Ich heisse Edina Szita. Ich bin Mutter von zwei kranken Mädchen, die ein anderes zu Hause brauchen! Meine kleinste Tohter hiesst Emma. Sie ist 8 Jahre alt. Sie ist mit Hirnschaden geboren und sie hat Epilepsie. Sie lebt wie ein 2 Monat altes Baby. Sie braucht 24 Stunden Pflege. Sie hat pro Tag 50 mal kleine und 2-3 mal gorsse epileptischer Anfall. Leider unsere Wohnung wo wir wohnen ist schimmelig und muffig und das macht seine Lunge noch mehr kaputt die schon kaput ist. Andere Haus können wir nicht kaufen , weil die sehr teuer sind. In Block Wohnung können wir nicht gehen, weil die Mädchen leiden an Asthma. Meine andere Tochter wurde vor par Monaten heraus geschtelt, dass sie eine seltene Krankheit hat und wenn seine Zustand schlechter wird, muss seine Herzklappe operieren. Ich möchte für meine Töchtern ein eigenes, sicheres und gesundes Haus kaufen so schnell wie es möglich ist. Dazu brauche ich Eure Hilfe. Wir wissen nicht wie lange noch Emma mit uns ist und darum ist sehr wichtig das sie wegen dem Schimmel und Muff nicht mehr leiden muss.
