New Home and Appliances

We moved to Vegas 2 years ago. We are now a family of 4! With our latest addition being 8 months old now, we have adjusted to the babysitting, new jobs, and baseball games accordingly.

We love having family time and we are not in some huge debt crisis. With all of our bills and debts, we manage to stay above water (as most of us do). We do live paycheck to paycheck, and sepdn any "disposable income" on family outings, dinners, and ocassional movie night at home (Amazon Prime). 

We have lived in an apartment for these last 20 months or so, and we would love to get out of them. We would like to buy the house of our dreams, with a few extra rooms for, do I dare say, the future additions to our family and perhaps a man cave.

Recently, we have looked at the Las Vegas Housing Market and it has been the time to buy these last few months. This time will not stay around much longer. I've been getting my credit worthiness to be on the plus side for the last 18 months or so, and have been successful. It's not the application/approval that I'm worried about. It's not a down payment, nor the closing costs, etc. We have a goal set to take care of the Down Payment, Closing Costs, and other costs due to paperwork, filing and agent assitance. There are grants and loan programs that will assist us with all of these, especially since we're first time buyers. There's even a Federal Loan Program for our Down Payment in which offers a 0.00% repayment plan for First Time Buyers, which is awesome!

We would like to ask of you all out there reading for some funds toward the appliances that we will put in our new home, which we plan to purchase at the end of August 2013, when our apartment lease is at its end.
