Campaign Story
A day put on for New Guns of all ages to educate and promote safety and awareness especially for New Guns from non-shooting background. The day will consist of theory which will cover aspects such as:
- Game/wildlife recognition
- Guns and ammunition
- Shooting as conservation
- Safety on shoots
- Ethichs
- Traditions
The New Guns will then get the chance to shoot 4 drives under supervision and instruction plus they will also get the chance to walk though as beaters to give them more understanding of how a shoot works. The day will finish off with an evaluation and a meal. The aim is to raise funds to cover the cost of the day and so make this day as affordable and available to everyone regardless of social status.
