New Facility for Canine Co-Pilots

Hi Everybody! I'm Anna, Owner/ Trainer at Canine Co-Pilots Dog Training. We are a full service dog training, boarding, breeding and walking business. We believe in balanced training, and guaranteed results that last the lifetime of the dog. I am a firm believer that there is no reason that any dog in any home cannot be a well mannered, trustworthy member of his family. I started my own business last June 2013, after working in the training feild professionally for 5 years, and my business quickly grew much faster than anyone could ever expect. I provide "Board and Train" services, which are essentially boarding school for dogs, Private and Semi Private Obedience lessons, Dog Competition Sport Coaching for amateur handlers, Professonal Handling for Competition dogs, Dog walking, Boarding, and Breeding of Working German Shepherds and Miniature Australian Shepherds.  I am an absolute dog training addict, It is who I am. Passionate is putting it lightly. I love to train, whether it be a high performance competition dog, or a very submissive puppy... I love the challenge and the rollercoaster of it all. I curretnly hold titles, and high scores, in AKC Obedience, Rally, Schutzhund, and Barn Hunt. Presently I am working and competing with three German Shepherds and 3 miniature australian shepherds, in various diciplines.  Recently I have been forced to face the facts, I need my own place to build my business even further. I need an all weather training facility, and a central location to meet for training.  I need to grow, to be able to hire some assitants, and push forward in the business. We are currently renting a home/facility but cannot stay here forever. I am unable to qualify for a regular mortgage due to the short time of being "self employed officially." I have found a facility with 11 acres, flat grass lands. A home, a pole barn with cement floors that is heated and insulated (perfect set up for dog training and kennels). There is area on this property for both indoor and outdoor training, plus a better boarding set up, and room to expand.  I would love to be able to expand my business... Offer services a little lower priced to appeal to more customers who may not be able to afford it now. I would like to offer grooming (which would mean jobs), doggy daycare, and group classes. I would like to hire more employees and make an impact on the world, one dog at a time.  In short. I am asking for help. I cannot afford to do this alone. I am a single mom doing this completely solo. Every little bit helps, every $5 adds up to more. Help me do this. I can do this... with your help.  Thank you in advance!
