New business idea for easy deliveries

I'm trying to make small deliveries much easier. The idea is to create an app which the customer would be able to send a message to the company and ask for anything from take away to toilet paper. The customer would message the company and a customer service representative would reply in a polite manner and advise the customer on the price and any questions they might have. The great thing with this would be that you could keep in chat with your customer service representative the entire delivery. Once the csr confirms exactly what the customer wants, they will connect a driver to the chat to which they have already sent all the details to the driver through the app. The driver can then keep in contact to confirm but most importantly ask the customer if they need anything else or if by chance, these can be specific clothing items in which some cases the sizes are not available, they can confirm if the customer still wants them in a different colour. This could be looked at as LIVE shopping, something not yet seen. So let me give you some advantages that this application will bring to the city it is used in, the idea is to save people the trouble of going to the store, the petrol they would save if they were driving there, the risk if they have been drinking or even late at night when it isn't the safest time to be out and about. This would be a 24 hour service as some deliveries would still be available, petrol stations and take away restaurants for example. This could be used when the parents wake up and realise there is no bread or milk and the kids need to be up away and ready for school real soon. A businessman has just got to work walking into his office and ready for the meeting in away non hour, he spills coffee all over his shirt and can't get home in time. You wake up in the morning and you forget it's your partners birthday or your anniversary.

The possibilities are endless with how it could help the customer with there everyday lives but the big idea is to help create jobs in a new way. People can make money as there primary income, extra income or something they just do for fun. We could ask people to sign up to receive notification of deliveries which are In there location. The customer could reject or accept the delivery and be credited for the delivery.

The application would need to be very detailed orientated, the customer would sign up with all there details, address, sizes, the list goes on and after some time the customer could create favourites in which that combo would be automatically ordered. On the customers account they will send money to their account so they can buy products and pay for the delivery with credits they have paid for. This account will be credited when the customer accepts and delivers on a delivery.

These are the fundamentals of the business, make it easier to get products you need as the customer. Many more ideas to introduce but if I can get a start on some funding for the marketing and development of the application. Once the idea has become feasible to go ahead we an get it into the publics hands.
