Nephew had an accident :(

Hi guys, my nephew had an accident recently and his front teeth got damaged badly. Medical aid doesn't cover cosmetic therefore my sister is unable to go that route. It's a bit tight on funds and I'd give her the cashmoney in one go if I could, but unfortunately I can't help out by much. She's even considering selling her car which she's recently struggled to get :( It might seem a bit shallow to worry about something this small but I hate seeing my nephew this down. Please help make a little boy happy again
