“Nekó” could end my unemployment

Hey guys, my name is Nekó and I'm a black cat. Why am I writing here? I need your help. My daddy lost his job as a driver a year ago because the company was partly sold. Since then he tries to find a job as a driver. He has already sent over 400 applications but has never received a single response. Also, my daddy has no unemployment benefits or other income that makes it even harder. He now lives with me with a close friend. He cared for this friend when he got cancer last year and for his mother, who was also diagnosed with dementia in the last year.
Anyway my daddy is trying everything to work again. After all applications were unsuccessful, he now wants to start his own business. "Nekó Transports" - meow - I am honored. All he needs for this is a used van, the insurance, road tax, van branding, access to the online platforms (he'll get the work from) and the fuel for the first four months. All together he will need £ 25.000 to cover the first four months Companies he delivered to in the past are more than happy to work with him - my daddy told me.

He will offer same day deliveries in the UK and also overnight deliveries in middle Europe.
