Needing Electricity for New Home

We are a family of five and will be a family of six in October. We have been blessed with our ability to purchase our first home. We have been able to make the down payment, help in improving the water well, installing a septic system. We are set to go and now the electric company Pedernales Electric Coop is requiring at least $5,300.00 to get the electric polls and wires run. Not including installing the meter and wire to the house. Any help in getting our family into this home will be greatly appreciated.
