Need urgent help in paying my water bill

The local utility company is threatening to disconnect my water connection due to the debt of EUR 366.38. I work but also look after 7 cats, 3 dogs, and an underage son. All the animals I take care of got saved from horrible conditions, I could not turn a blind eye to their sufferings. I tried to find them homes but with no success. My animals were sick, some of them required surgeries and long-term treatment and I just found myself in debt. Please help me cover this bill. I cannot go without water. The bill is in my elderly mum's name and I look after her as well as her pension amounts to only EUR 200 permonth.
