Need to sue my job

For 4 months my hands were cracked, dry, and bleeding and I kept working. Even with a Doctors note. They were instructed to get me new soaps and gloves, and they did not comply. They probably lost the note because they're careless. I'd like to think of myself as one of the most dedicated, hard working employees they have. But this is BS! My lawyer says we have a case of Disability discrimination. After making me work that long, in that much pain, with no concern, I want to get my money for time lost on the clock, the pain and suffering, and neglect Please help. I can't do it on my own, and my family is not the most supportive!
