Need To Meet My Dad

Hi, My name is Diana, and I am 32 years old. I would love to go to Africa, Nigeria to meet my dad. I was born in the UK, and always believed that I was half West Indian (step father was born in Monserrat). My mother told me at the age of 12 that he wasn't my real father. I had a difficult relationship with my mother whislt growing up, and ended up being placed in care by Social services. In 2008, my mother and I reconciled. I asked her about going to see my father in Africa, and she told me that she would take me to meet him, as she doesn't know his address to write it down, but she knows where to find him. In a cruel twist of fate, in the same year, my mother lost her job and I was taken ill and diagnosed with a mental illness, Bi- Polar disorder. This illness affects me severely, where I am unable to work.  My mother fortunately has managed to find employment, but it is in a low paid job ( she is a cleaner).   I'm asking for some assistance to meet my father as this would hopefully have me feeling complete as a person. Knowing where I came from, means I know where I am going. Please, please help.
