Campaign Story
I am 58 year old female, in 2002 developed flying phobia & couldn't go to see my father on his last stage. After his death I blame myself with guilt, & gone in depression, anxiety & panic attack. In 2010 I developed ulcerative colitis & prescribed on 'prednisone' medicine few years that caused me 'osteoporosis'. From 2009 to 2016 admitted 5 times in emergency for panic attack, chest pain, anxiety & depression. In 2016 due to ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease, low hemoglobin & low platelets admitted in hospital more than one month.
After discharge from hospital when I came home, my leg suddenly collapsed & I broke my spinal cord 3 places (L2,L4,L5) then kyphoplasty surgery was done. since then I have 24/7 lower back pain, & husband also have heart condition. Disability was denied due to insufficient working hours. I am in need of this financial help.
