We have a roof that needs to be replaced. It has been leaking for some time. I have tried patching but it is no longer working. Our front window is rotting and staring to sag I am not sure how long it will last. We have 4 kids so it has been hard to save for these, but it now needs to get done with this past winter the draft from the window was unbearable and the was a lot of ice build up on the inside of the house. I appreciate any help and will be indebted to you.
