Need help with property purchase

I am from Singapore and currently I really wish to purchase a Condo for my family but the prices here is just too high for me. I have tried to save up but even with a degree graduate I can only get around $2000 per month which is barely enough. I am really struggling to find a $3000 per month and above job. As a result, I felt that I might not have the chance to purchase a Condo at all in my life. I think maybe because there are more and more rich people around in Singapore and I don’t know where all these rich people come from. Banks refuse to borrow me money due to my low salary. Currently I'm far from being able to purchase one, are there any rich kind souls out there who have too much money to spare and are willing to help me out? Any help would be very much appreciated and I'll be very grateful too, thanks.
