Need Help with Hardship or will be Homeless

I was homeless for four months.(June-Nov. 2017). My past residence of 7 years ,apartment complex was sold.The new owners raised the rent $300.00. The property has been sold two times before (one year after the other). My rent only was raised $10.00 at those times. This new owner seen that and found out they couldn't raise my rent. So they pushed us out by making false breach of lease notices. They refused rent payments and took us to court. I lost my job when my employer found out I was homeless. In November 2017 we found a place. Now my boy friend has became sick and is unable to go to work at this time.I was just hired at Renaissance Downtown Phoenix hotel. But won't receive my first check in enough time to make my rent payment. ($950.00) So I will become homeless again. I thank you for all your help and appreciate you all so much.
