Need Help Getting Divorce From Abusive Husband

I have been struggling hard for 11 years in an emotional mental abuse marriage until I couldn't take it anymore. I was controlled in everyway and I was scared to leave. My family finally took a stand with me and I moved in with my mom and my ex husband left the state angry and left threatening calls for so long. I want a divorce and in the state of North Carolina I had to wait a year. Its now been a year but I now have to come up with $350 to get my divorce and he isn't willing to help at all of course. i just want out of this so bad I need away to get free any help is appreciated I don't know what else to do. I just want to get the divorce so I can eventually just move away and he can't find me anymore cause I am scared for my life with all his threats.
