NEED CAR ROADWORTHY FOE MY NEW JOB

I Have been saving to get my car through its MOT and back on the road so that I can start my new job and be able to take my kids to school when the weather is bad instead of walking the 2 miles, 

Having sent it for an MOT it is going to cost £550 to get it back on the road, another £120 for 6 months tax and £188 deposit for insurance.

I am reaching out for assistance as I have only managed to save £100 so far as I had to replace my cooker that broke and really need to have the car up and running in the next few months. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
