Having been through a tough 4 years with dealing with sexual abuse which I kept to myself for 30 years, and also trying to end my life I finally got help after going into rehab. This year I saved enough money to get a small holiday to Turkey. I got all documentation like visa and boarding pass and thought I was covered through my travel agent Thomson. On my second day I got food poisoning and couldn't hold anything down ,not even water. Being on my own I thought I could ride it out and kept on going down to the mini market shop where I kept buying water, this was not staying down either. I remember on the third day being very disorientated and coughing up blood and collapsing in hotel room. If it wasn't for the cleaner finding me late afternoon the doctors told me 6-8 hours id be dead. I was rushed to hospital where after test my kidneys had failed and was put on dialysis, I also had a bad infection in my lung where they inserted a tube. It was 50/50 whether on not I would make it. After 9 days on dialysis I started to make a remarkable recovery which I can only thank the staff. I know you cant put a price on a life but now having no insurance I have a 11000 pound bill to pay. Getting this funding will now that am fit to fly will get me home sooner and when am back and able to contribute myself will be a huge help. I would describe the staff as angels who every day have life threatening situation's come through there doors, without them I would not have been able to write this.

Any small amount to help me out would be deeply from my heart be appreciated.

Kind regards Neil Hamilton
