My rented house was condemned by the city! I need to move

I am on disability living in a rented house that the landlord has not maintained since I moved in over 10 years ago. Now the city has stepped in and condemned the house for not being up to code, ceilings falling down, windows without framing, leaky roof, rodents and other things you might see in the photos.

The reason for this fund raiser is to help me get into a newer house, I am on the lists for housing but there are 3000 people on the same lists! I have a fair credit rating but not good enough to get a mortgage,because I am on Disability, so I need to pay cash or a high down payment to purchase a house.

Please help me to move! I am in poor health and suffer with depression due to living in this condemned house. I need a house to improve my health and get a fresh start.
