My online property market start up

I want to create a mobile app and website for property sellers to easily sell their home, agent free. This website will be completely free to those advertising, and no money will be taken if the property is sold, i am not planning on making a penny of profit from those advertising their house for sale or rent. The websIte is currently under the domain Advertblocks.com and as you will notice by visiting the site, it is not very easy to upload a property, as I can't afford to hire a web designer to professionally complete the project. With all the money raised, as stated I will create a mobile app making it easy for users to upload their property. I will also get a web designer to make the website completed by having all users able to have their own Log in, and messenger service, meaning that buyers and sellers can chat to each other like social media, and is therefore easier to get in touch without any personal details taken. I will also be getting the site heavily advertised and VAT registered. Please donate anything, it all helps.  Thanks all.
