My Mothers death.

When my mother found out she had Leukemia, my son and I had to move in with her to take care of her. She was very close to my son who has Aspergers, and wanted to make sure that he always had a home since we lost ours having to move, so she left me her house in her will.Unfortunately she had a mortgage still and the house had to go through probate court. She left me with 5000.00 from her life insurance to pay for funeral expenses. Her medical bills are sueing the estate so i am trying to pay them off. She owes $1300.00 to one place and $3000.00 to home health nurses that came to help. Her mortgag is two months behind and the mortgage company is calling and hounding me to catch it up or they will take action. This family is trying everything we can to take care of this but it is too much for us. We can pay the monthly mortgage but she left us in a pickle and way behind. If anyone out there has the means to help please please help. You would be helping a family in great need.
