My Medical Recovery Cost

Hello all. I am trying to cover the cost of daily living expenses and my bills which have increased, all have overdue dates. In January of this year I fell and fractured my humerus and severely tore my rotator cuff. I had my surgery in April and I am presently in rehabilitation. Since January I have been unemployed and at this time my temporary disability is running out. I am still unable to work and my disability is coming to an end.  

I go to my local food bank to obtain my necessary meals and have obtained partial social assistance from the government. However this is not enough to cover my daily cost of living expenses.
