My lightweight steps

Hello internet people,

my name is Patricija and I'm from a small, but beautiful country named Croatia. 11 years ago, when I was 10.5 years old, I injured my spinal cord by jumping in the sea and paralyzing myself from the chest down. I fell on my head which resulted in me needing a wheelchair. Through these years, I went to a lot of physical therapy that helped me improve. Even though my improvement was or is considered small, it's still very meaningful and important to me. Important because it gives me strength and hope.. considering the fact that I'm in recovery and will be for basically my whole life.

As we all know, everything in this world costs money and so does my rehabilitation. The costs of a rehabilitation are very expensive and it's not easy to say, but I need your help. I need your help because I don't want to lose hope in myself, life or the ability to fight for improvement.

It would mean the world to me if you were able to donate just any amount of money, but if you can't, please share this post. It really would mean a lot.
