MY HOME ISNT LIVABLE

Hello, My name is Breanna. I've been currently living in a house for a few months now. And about a month after we moved in we discovered it has black mold all inside the home, the heat and air does not work, and the vents in the floors has animal poop inside them. I'm currently in school to get my GED and shortly after to become a Registered nurse. I have no job due to me being in school full time, and my fiance working 4pm-1:30am. We have one car so it's hard to get job that's part time that works with me taking and picking him up, and getting myself to school. The $10,000 I'm asking for would cover the cost to buy a cheap preowned car, and to put a 3% down payment on a house that we can buy. We was approved, but we need the 3% to proceed in buying the home. Because I am currently pregnant and I do not want to bring a baby into the house were currently in. We was not planning on me becoming pregnant, but we bought (adult items) to prevent pregnancy, but they broke. And now I'm pregnant and we do not believe in abortion.
