My Fiance surgical operation

HiGreetings to all, I need to help raise money urgently for my Fiance's surgical operation please. It is very expensive here in South Africa. Her doctor insists that she gets an operation as soon as possible for she is in tremendous pain. I tried applying for loans everywhere but don't get approved by the banks which I believe is completely unfair therefore I'm struggling and left completely hopeless in this regard as I've been struggling for the past six months. I'm literally begging for any assistance in this crucial matter and time of need as this is purely a matter of urgency. So please help me do something good for a change.
