Campaign Story
The way most of us live in the world is not a sustainable future for the generations to come. Green housing is one way we can help create a better place for all of us to live. The ultimate in green housing comes from the Earthship Biotecture company. These homes are %100 self-sustaining homes built with thermal and solar heating and cooling, contained sewage treatment, water harvesting, food production, and solar and wind electricity. The best part is that the homes are built with many recycled materials including old tires, cans, and bottles.
I would love to build an Earthship in my area as an example to what is possible and what is the future of housing. Hopefully, it would become in inspiration to others to follow suite. As more and more of these types of homes are built it will eventually drive down the cost for others.
Unfortunately at this point in my life, I do not have the income level to purchase such a home. I am asking for your help to make this dream a reality.
