My dog needs needs urgent surgery. Please help

Hi guys. So the reason I am setting up this fund raiser is for my beloved dog Nippie our six year old dutchund, he was playing around and being the playful. sweet boy that he is and he hurt himself, we rushed him to the vet as he couldn't use his hind legs and we were immensely worried. We then found out that he is paralised and will not be able to urinate or even poop... We were devastated.

The vet informed us that they can perform surgury with a 100% success rate to recovery. However this costs R50 000. We have R20 000 which we have saved up but we still require R30 000. This is why I am reaching out to you all. Please help us to save my baby who still has many years ahead of him.. He requires immediate surgery to make a full recovery and is currently being kept under sidation. Please help us.
