My brother needs help with cancer treatment. Since I didn't have children, I made him a child. Parents are very respectful to young children. Lots of dollars and back costs. Now I am requesting this help as it goes beyond our capacity. There are many types of help from this site and I am looking for more medical help. God does not help us directly so I hope this will help me through donors like you. At one time, I also helped the cancer patients at the institution. Today I have raised my hand to help myself. One time I donated more money than I needed.
