Abrar Fahad, a 21 year old second year electrical engineering student was tortured and beaten to death by political student leaders for sharing his critic views about Bangladesh government on Facebook.
As a citizen of an "independent", "democratic" country, he had all rights to share his opinion. He did not deserve this. I hope the cowards that did this Abrar gets what they deserve. I wish I would take actions to bring justice for Abrar, but knowing our country's political situation, I'm hopeless. It just breaks my heart seeing news about Abrar, especially when they show his parents. It literally brings me into tears. No parents deserve to go through this.
I want to do something for Abrar's family. I wish I could just somehow bring Abrar back to his family. I know money won't do any justice for Abrar nor will bring peace to his family, but it's the only way I can help his family. and I need your help to do so.
All the raised money will be delivered to Abrar's family to cover his funeral cost, to provide them a little financial support and to say that we are sorry we couldn't do anything to save their son.
