Campaign Story
Since 1982 The Muhu Tasen Foundation has been devoted to preserving Native American culture and sacred ceremonies. In order to keep the Muhu Tasen Preservation site and ceremonies in existence we must comply with county regulations. The struggle of meeting deadlines and costly permits has been ongoing throughout the years. A house, built to code, must be completed by the end of 2017. We are asking you: friends and family of Muhu Tasen to help make this possible. Your generous tax deductible donation can help ensure that this sacred land will be available for ceremonies for generations to come. Together we can honor and bring to fruition the dream of Rudy "Turtlehawk" Rodriguez.
Below is a breakdown of necessary funds:
25,000 Building Materials
5.000 Permits
15,000 Solar Package
10,000 Subcontractors
55,000 Goal Total

We honor not only the dreams of Rudy "Turtlehawk" Rodriguez, but we are also honoring the dreams and prayers of those who walked this Red Road long before with a vision for a sacred, traditional indigenous place for generations to come. We continue the legacy of Grandpa Semu and Red Wind.
