Mpumalanga soccer development

INTRODUCTION The soccer development Program will be based in Middelburg Mpumalanga south-africa. Therefore it will cater for all athletes in town and also for neighbouring communities and townships around Middelburg. The program from participants from pre-school to high school and above will give them positive learning and team experiences with the oppertunity to create lifelong memories. The need for youth sports program in Middelburg is something i strive for because i know that in Middelburg has the ability to produce top talent. I believe through studies that the involvement of sport in a community especially soccer can reduce the involvement of drugs , crime and gang related behaviours.The program will give the athletes the oppertunity to improve their athletic skills, health, fitness and experiences in teamwork , sportmanship, fair play, cooperation and leadership and most of all help them gaining self-confidence to give them a better and brighter future.   i want to give this oppertunity to all races. The reason for wanting to establish a soccer development program is that there aint any sports academies in the region for disadvantage children to go to. All comunities will benefit out of this program, and more jobs will be created so it will help people thats pasionate about sport to get a job.

VISION- my vision is a community where vulnerable and unprivileged boys and girls have access to structured and organized sports program, which promotes psycho-social development, life skills training as well as basic exercise in a fun and safe environment.

  OBJECTIVES - To promote participation for vulnarable and disadvantage children in sport. - To teach life skills using sport-empowering young people - To offer proffesional coaching to young athletes - to expose young athletes the oppertunities that lie in sport - to create job oppertunities for the youth and sport enthusiasts - To expose young athletes to provincial, national, regional and international competitions - planning a better future for middelburg and mpumalanga soccer development - To offer the best education and lifestyle through soccer and sport  

How the money will help

The money that will be funded will be used mainly for training equipment , because we have a lack of training equipment and also for some sports courses and clinics, i am striving for each boy and girl to have a soccer ball( the more touches the better). Soccer bibs,cones, markers, goalie kits, team jerseys, transport money, also to get this program SAFA registered ( South-african football association) .So i am asking if any one can please help me with funding.  

PERSONAL BIO

My name is Jansen Van Der Walt i am a soccer coach and football scout as well as fitness trainer. I love the game of soccer and all sorts of sports its my passion , my dream and mission is to open up a first class soccer development academy in middelburg,below is my personal achievements and studies.   My courses that i done is all international football related namely: LMA (league managers association) in England, SMWW (sports management world wide ) USA, sport management UNISA, ETA (exercise training academy) personal training and fitness. SAFA introductory level and level 1 Through the courses i learned the principles of management , planning a sport event, leadership and controlling in managment and also managing a sport facility. Football courses i had studied the analysing a team and specific players, constructing a positional profile, scouting a player and opposition teams i did club management and statistical reports and analysis. i studied the game of soccer from the fundamentals of nutrition of players the psychology to motivate them health and safety amd the fundamentals of exercise science. i am working as Govenor of sports coaches in my LFA and also sports coordinator and organiser at sports school.   Thank you for reading my document!! all the best
