need money for a house

Hi I am short of money for a home and if I don’t raise this money, I will be homeless. The home prices in Singapore are over inflated and I have been struggling with my parents to survive. I have been on rental for 30 plus years of my life, moving from different homes and places. I can never come out with the money for a home, not even Government housing, because they cost more than half a million dollars to a lot more than that in Singapore. I am not eligible to apply for a Government housing, because I cannot fork out the initial cash and take a loan, because of debts. Also, by the time even after setting the loan and deposit, it takes 4 - 5 years, before I can have the keys and I am now going to be homeless. Please help?
