Mom Has Heart Disease

Hello,

I am setting up this fundraiser to help fund the rising cost of care and to help modify my mothers home to better facilitate her continued independence. She has recently had to give up most of her work as a psycholigist and is currently only working one day a week.

This still takes a great toll on her as she is tired for the next two days afterward.

My siblings and I would use the funds to install a Thyssenkrupp stair chair as well as other modifications to help her adjust to her life as it progresses.

She pushes herself too hard and has a series of TIA's throughout the week, every week.

My siblings and I have used a lot of our own funds to assist as best we can but it is taking a toll on all of us and our immediate families.

We have been involved in fundraising for heart disease for some time now and when I found this site I was hoping to meet some people with similar stories and maybe help each other out.
