Good day,.My name is Patricia Matlatse, I'm a 19 years old female born and raised in a small poor village called Pax, South Africa Limpopo. I'm currently residing in Gauteng, South Africa, where i study Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the prestigious University of Johannesburg. I was raised by my late maternal grandmother who passed on in 2014 and life has never been the same for my family. My late grandmother was the sole provider of my family consisting of 8 members, 5 underage. After she passed, my mom left college to look for a job and by the grace of God, she found one. Unfortunately, my mom lost her job 4 years after. Life has been hard ever since. Ever since I have been at varsity and receiving $78 monthly from my bursary, I have been the sole provider of my family. I have been juggling my studies, housekeeper job and cashier at an informal spaza shop near school, and as a result i have failed 3 modules. I am now faced with the hard choice of whether to quit school or quit my jobs which help feed my family. It is hard seeing your young siblings go to school with warn out shooes and uniform, sometimes sleeping without eating and the constant worrying about when they will have food. I cannot even focus at school not do the things that my peers do. I ask, I'm begging you for any kind of financial assistance that you could help with. Nothing is too small for me and my family. Please, please help me and my family.
