Ming’s Writing and Volunteering Tour

Mark your calendars, friends. On July 7th I’ll board a plane to Stockholm, Sweden, where I’ll spend half year learning about children educare.

For the past three years, I have been volunteering in Hong Kong to help with special needs children.

That was only the beginning. I’ve been wondering what more I could do to truly fulfill my purpose. Yes, I’m a journalist, a friend and the list goes on. But there has to be more purpose to my life. That’s when I decided I needed to step outside my comfort zone and challenge myself beyond fundraising.

After months of researching, applying, and emailing, I enrolled with a course on education and luckiy I was admitted.

I’m financing this trip by using my savings. I’m reaching out to you with the goals of raising funds so I can continue my year of volunteering overseas, in which I plan to spend 3-6 months volunteering in Argentina, Madagascar and Bolivia.

And I will write about my volunteering trips to spread the needs of children there. Also in my own website - o-miss.com
