Medication and moving out

I've been struggling with depression for the past 7 years of my life and since everything in brazil is pure financial crisis I can't manage to find a job even at stores or giving particular classes or tutoring. At home things are getting difficult to deal with and money has become a problem between medication, paying doctors and extra curricular courses i wish i could take but since my family is being helped just by my mother and i have a little brother too, i wanted to move out and five the,m less things to worry about. With this money not only I will seek for paid courses to help me be more qualified to get a proper job, but also pay for my own needs and treatment. I need to go to therapy at least once a week and for me that's not enough, but it's all that the health insurance covers, and its only sessions about 30 to 40 minutes, which is not enough. i need to pay for extra sessions that are not cheap. and over that my health insurance doesn't cover any psychiatrists in my region so i keep having to pay every month to have my prescriptions. Im seeking for alternatives like acupuncture, and tried going to the gym, exercise but since my body became weak I need a trained professional to guide me at least on the first months so i don't overdo myself and end up more enjuried. the price on the campaign will not make me a living and that's now what i intend, its to help me get my life together and help me to start my adult life. as a nutrition student I always need to search for new methods and new studies to make my curriculum more extensive, but, like mentioned before, my family can't pay for that, and at the moment so can't i.
