Medical Fundraiser

Not too long ago I got in a pretty nasty accident. I was caught in a head-on collision, hit by a drunk driver who had no insurance. My lower back was broken in two places and it took forever to heal. Ever since I have been stuck with limited movement, the inability to lift even 10 pounds. I can barely do my house hold chores without writhing in pain that night from the aches in my back. 

My doctor has promised me as long as I can come up with 500 dollars he would give me the month of expensive therapy I will need to fix my back. I do not know where to go to raise the money for treatment so I'm asking for your help, so that I can get the medical attention I need to help my back. Thank you for reading and for supporting me. Even if it's a dollar it's closer to reaching my goal than nothing.
