medical costs,Philani’s deep brain stimulation

Greetings all

It pains me deeply to bring to you Philani Ncongwane,my little cousin.A 8 year old boy full of energy and joy,both which are under threat along with his normal childhood.Philani suffers from anisma dystonia(affects muscles around rectum thus making defecation a painful mission) along with focal dystonia on his right leg.Treatments such as the Botulinum toxin injection have been tried but were sadly unsuccessful.Deep brain stimulation has been recommended,it costs R250 000($18 900) of which 60%($11 340) has been covered by insurance and community donations,I plead with you to help us cover the remaining costs($7 560) to save Philani and give back to him his normal childhood,thank you
