medical cost and cost of living expenses for early onset Alzheimer’s disease

I am 39 years old and am diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. I have lost my job and world turned upside down. I am having a very hard time with medical bills and just every day life and housing bills. Also before this disease gets too severe, I am wanting to go on a nice vacation with my daughter who is 19. This disease is a life wrecker for her also. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Please help fund. Thank you.
