Medical bills for our heart warrior angel baby – Lihan Pretorius

Our angel son was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Defect (Pulmonary Stenosis) and Pleural Effusion at 22 weeks gestation. We did everything in our power to save his little life - even though we were advised that he had an extremely slim chance of survival. We went though so many in-utero procedures and specialist visits to try and give him a chance. He lost his battle on the 5th of March 2015. He was born via emergency C-section the day before at 31 weeks. He lived for 3 beautiful hours but never got to take his first breath - medical equipment had to do everything, as on top of all his little lungs were too underdeveloped. Now his daddy and I are struggling with 100's of thousands of rands of medical bills. We were blessed to have met him and we are proud of ourselves for giving him his fair chance to fight. But so saddened that we have to cope with losing him as well as being caught up in this web of debt. I have also started a "Care Package" project to send to bereaved parents like myself - in honour of Lihan - in their time of grief; to help them through this difficult time. But with our financial situation it is also a real struggle to keep that going. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
