I FEEL LIKE THIS MAY BE MY LAST EFFORT TO HELP MY DAUGHTER IN THIS EMERGENCY!

I would like to start this off by saying my daughter has never asked for help ever in her life. She still would never asked for it even if it was the worst case scenario like this one. This is why I am asking for this on her behalf, my daughter is a giver not a receiver, she’s given all her life. She's a healer but unable to heal herself at this time.
She has always taught her son to give to others as there are always others suffering way more than they are.

My daughter started a Christmas tradition five years ago to do 12 to 25 random acts of kindness at Christmas so her son could understand firsthand that there are always people out there that need more help than they will ever needed which as of last year she had to stop due to the change in her financial situation which broke her sons heart as it is something he and his Mother looked forward to doing each and ever year.

So it is now my time as her mom to step up and try to help salvage what we can to help her and I'm asking for your help since I know that she will not.

Over the past year my daughter has had to go through something that no mother wishes to watch her daughter have to endure. Back In Aug 30, 2018 she became a single mother after being in a relationship for 18 years, they tried for 10 plus years to even get pregnant in the first place going through 13 IUI's and 1 IVF losing a total of 3 babies including my grandson's twin sister. Life certainly has had its challenges over the years and that isn't even the half of it as what you're reading is a very small percentage as to what she has gone through!

She has called everywhere asking for assistance and has been denied. The reason for the denial is because the matrimonial home had equity at the time. It longer has equity as she is using the equity to keep a roof over her and her child’s head for the time being but as of now it’s in foreclosure winter is on its way. It’s easier to use the equity up now than being put out on the streets and having nothing. She is legitimately disabled and unable to return work at this time.

In May 2017 my daughter went in for her first L5/S1 spinal surgery, then in March 2019 for her second L5/S1 spinal surgery and then just a week ago went in for her third L5/S1 Spinal surgery to which three major surgeries on one disc in the past 2.5 years is a lot to go through. She is only 38yrs old and a single mother of a 10-year-old boy. She has also had major cervical spinal surgery back in 2012 where her C5/C6 that were taken out, titanium plates put in two screws a plate and fused. This was all due to one girl who blew a stop sign. She settled a while back and the settlement received was no where close to what she would require for the rest of her life sadly and all that money went to paying off things that weren't covered and expenses occurred over the years.

Due to all this she has been unable to work, she has lost three years of income while she had a good paying job before being determined disabled. This last year she has gone through absolute hell with the separation, she’s caring for her son 99% of the time, fighting legal battles in court time after time again with her ex which has now put her at $14,000 in debt to the lawyer who has recently quit on her because her ex has been so difficult to deal with that even her lawyer couldn’t handle him anymore. She was finally granted two court orders, one for child support and one for spousal support however the ex refuses to pay my spousal support and pays his child support at his convenience.

I’m asking for help because she is 3-4 months behind on her utility bills and trying to catch up at this time and will probably be disconnected soon, once again. She and I have given them everything we had, which still wasn't enough. I live with her full time now to help her and her son during her recovery and daily living as she is currently able to do very little in what one would consider everyday life. So I help with my grandson when she is unable to attend to his needs, clean, cook etc.

She lives off next to nothing which would be her child tax and child support when paid which does not even come close to covering all the bills as they're so very behind. Last week when she came home from the hospital, she came home to her utilities being cut off. It was extremely tough, stressful and depressing on her knowing she just was released from the hospital after having her third lower spinal surgery, trying to recover, take care of her son and now having to deal with trying to figure out how to put her utilities back on.

As her mother I stepped up as much as I can but sadly I live off of Canada and Old Age Pension which isn't a whole lot. I have my own bills to pay as well and whatever I have leftover I give to my daughter to pay on bills or buy groceries to put food on the table.

Sadly as mentioned my daughter's house is now in foreclosure because her ex has decided that he will no longer help pay any mortgage payments on the house which comes April 1, 2020. This will send my grandson and my daughter to the streets where they do not belong as there is no reason that this should’ve come to this. Her Ex should still be stepping up and taking care of his responsibilities but now with his new responsibilities to take care of instead (his new family).

We've done everything that we can to sell as much as we can out of her house to make up the amount of money to pay off her bills that are owed but unfortunately they keep wracking up and I cannot find any other ways to help her pay them off.

She is struggling so bad that every time she turns around something else seems to happen. All she wants to do is have her life back and be a mother and be able to provide for her 10-year-old son, contribute to society like everyone else which sadly she is unable to do being disabled at this time.

I’m writing this in hopes that somebody will find it in their heart to be able to help donate even just a little bit to help put towards some bills that she can pay off. I wish I could help her save her house but she is 8 months behind on payments for her mortgage which accumulates $14,000+ interest. Her ex was the sole breadwinner of the relationship after 2016 when my daughter could no longer legally work because of her back.
My daughter was to stay home, taking care of the house the best she could, their son with his and her health while he worked away on the oil patch 11 months out of the year and home for maybe one month out of that year.
She did just that she took care of everything and now he has taken everything away from her, the house in the end, took her only vehicle away which was the only means of transportation that she had to take her son and herself to any and all appointments that is needed for her and her son who has an autoimmune disorder (Idiopathic urticaria) that requires frequent check ups.

I pray that you can find it in your heart to donate even just a little, if you can, so we can put it towards the bills that need to be paid asap so that she can stop getting disconnection notices and having disconnections done. All the rest of her bills have already gone to collections or she is being sued for in court. My grandson and my daughter have been through so much and I just wish with everything in me that one day everything will be OK and they can finally live a happy life and stress free life for once and for all. My daughter is one amazing women who has been dealt some crappy cards that I wish I could take away.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my daughters story and hoping that you can help my grandson and my daughter out.

Once we’re all stable again, Don’t you ever worry that this will not go unnoticed because it won’t, we'll pay it forward just like we have before in the past and will continue to in the future when we can somehow, someway, someday!!!!

I've set the goal at $10,000 to help now and for the bills going forward - however any money that is not used will be passed on to some else on here that is also indeed!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
