Campaign Story
Hello!
So I'm running two marathons, the Dartmoor Vale on October 20th and the Cornwall marathon on November 17th 2013.
Cancer has been a part of my life for about 6 years, after losing family and friends to the disease. So I want to use my feet to fight back, help out and raise awareness of a charity which is making a difference.
I'll be running for the Mustard Tree in Plymouth, as requested by a brave lady who is currently going through her own battle, and who has found great help in the organisation. Its a MacMillan centre which provides advice, support and so much more from people who know what they're talking about, to anybody affected by cancer. The centre is run by professionals as well as trained volunteers and they need donations to continue providing all that they offer.
