Make a ventilator using Air pumps and IOT devices in Pakistan

Due to Corona Virus the whole world is getting short of Ventilator machines (Mechanical breathing Machine). I and my team decided to make a ventilation machine which will use 2 12v Dc air pumps for pumping in and out the air from lungs of infected patient. For this we need a serious funding first to make quarantine center for atleast 5 people and then test this device on them. First we are going to test this device on monkey. We need to hire a doctor and medical staff for proper medical protection. We are Engineer and we are very much confident to make these devices which can be used as Ventilator machines
