Maddie’s College Funds

I’d like to say thank you for reading this! I never thought I’d be doing this, but it means the world that there are people out there willing to help others in this sort of way.

My name is Madeline, and I’ll be attending Arizona State University this coming August. It has been my dream and goal to attend here for about 5 years now, since I visited the state for the first time.

Since then, a lot has changed. My mom, aka my best friend, passed away. She had been battling breast cancer for around 4 years, and while she was the strongest person I’ve ever known, it got the best of her. She wanted me to chase my dreams like no other, and that’s what I’m doing.

My dad is also my biggest supporter, and while he wants to help in every way possible to make this happen financially, he still does have bills to pay. I have scholarships and savings from work, but they barely cover my first semester, let alone my first year or the coming years at this wonderful school.

I will be working my way through school to pay for as much as I can on my own, but I still want to enjoy college and focus on my academics and all the opportunities at the school that I can take advantage of.

Any and every very dollar helps, and anyone that helps has my heart. I really want to make my dreams happen, and I wish I could do it all on my own, but unfortunately I need a little assistance to get there.
